Shudd Team’s protein smoothie recipe

If you’re looking for a tasty en easy way to get a Super Food, here’s our delicious Shudd Team’s protein smoothie recipe, that will help you to get all the nutrients you need for a long and hard day.

Ingredients:

20 fl oz Liquid Base (any milk, alternative milk, or even just some water!)

1 serving (two scoops) of Orgain Organic Protein + 50 Superfoods (either Vanilla or Chocolate flavored)

1 serving Drinkable Nano Curcumin+

1 serving Drinkable Nano Lutein+

1 Banana

Optional: A handful of Pistachios and/or Almonds

Directions:

Step 1.

Pour 20 fl oz of your liquid base of choice (we at the Shudd Team usually just go for some water; it’s important to stay hydrated!) into a blender; a hand blender will work just great for this too!

Step 2.

Add in the Orgain Organic Protein + 50 Superfoods powder, the Drinkable Nano Curcumin+, and the Drinkable Nano Lutein+.

Step 3.

Finally, add the banana, either tearing or cutting the fruit into easily blendable chunks. If you would like a heartier smoothie, we recommend adding some pistachios and/or almonds at this point as well!

Blend on high, until fully incorporated and smooth.

Step 4.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy this satisfying, healthy, and wonderful smoothie!
